My child has been arrested!
The first thing a parent should do is to advise his or her child not to make any incriminating statements to the police. Where is my child being held at?
The location of where your child is is being held will depend on the nature of the crime that the child is accused of committing. For non violent offenses, your child will likely get booked, fingerprinted and cited to appear at a future court date. For crimes that involve violence, he or she may be taken to the police station for booking then taken to juvenile hall.
